Warranty for Gerber and Fiskars products follows each manufacturer's terms. For repairs, or to check whether an issue is covered, add us on LINE and tell us:

1. The product model (e.g. MP600)
2. Purchase date and order number
3. Photos or a short video of the problem

We will confirm and tell you how we will handle it.

Returns

For returns or exchanges, first send your order number and reason on LINE or by email to [email protected], and we will reply with next steps.

Online purchases have a 7-day cooling-off period under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act; please return the product with all packaging, accessories and gifts intact.
