Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice

泉聖科技有限公司 (RF King Source Inc.) (Tax ID 53167921, “we”) operates the GERBER TAIWAN website gerbergear.tw and the LINE Official Account @079acmmt. In line with Article 8 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, this page explains what data we collect, how we use it and the rights you can exercise.

1. Data we collect

  • Cart: the items and quantities in your cart are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to our servers.
  • Checkout: after you press “Go to checkout”, payment and delivery details are entered on the secure checkout page and handled under its privacy policy. This site never handles your payment data.
  • LINE Official Account: when you add us or send a message, we receive your LINE display name, profile picture and the content you send – used to reply, recommend products, and remember products you asked about and your LINE cart.
  • Order lookups and returns on LINE: the order number and last 4 digits of the ordering mobile number you provide are used to confirm the order is yours; the return reason is used to file the return request.
  • When you go to checkout from LINE, the link carries an irreversible hashed code derived from your LINE account so we can recognize your order when you ask about it on LINE later.
  • Email and phone: the address and content of emails you send and details you give when calling.

2. Purposes of use

  • Answering questions, recommending suitable products, and providing warranty and after-sales service.
  • Checking order status and handling return requests.
  • Learning which pages and articles help customers, to improve the site.
  • Keeping records required by law.

We never sell your data.

3. Who can see it and how long we keep it

  • Only staff authorized by us can log in to view it.
  • Data is stored on servers we manage ourselves and kept for as long as the purposes above require, in line with legal retention periods.

4. Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to let you inspect or review your data, provide copies, supplement or correct it, stop collecting, processing or using it, or delete it. 5. The website

  • We count visits from social posts and LINE and how often items are added to cart, to learn which articles help. Raw IP addresses are not stored – only an irreversible hashed daily code and the browser type.
  • Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are loaded only after you press “Accept” on the cookie notice. They store cookies in your browser and are processed by Google and Meta under their privacy policies. If you decline, they are not loaded.
  • Connections to the site are encrypted via Cloudflare.
  • If you add the site to your home screen, pages are cached on your device for offline reading; this cache is never sent back to us.
  • When you contact us via LINE, LINE's terms of service and privacy policy also apply.

6. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
